Why There’s Room for All of Us

I’m often asked why I run training programs for people who are in the same “space” as I am and could technically become my competitors. The short answer?I don’t see it that way.
I’ve always believed in the power of giving, learning, sharing and collaboration. My business has been built intentionally on referrals, introductions, shared ideas, and mutual support. That doesn’t happen in a vacuum, and it definitely doesn’t happen from a place of fear.
I operate from abundance.
There is more than enough opportunity, and more than enough clients for all of us who are doing good work and showing up with integrity. If someone is “in my space” and wants to grow their business, serve more people, and do better for their clients, why wouldn’t I share what I know?
I’m ecstatic to teach and collaborate, and I truly believe that when we lead with kindness and generosity, it comes back to us in ways we can’t always predict but can always feel.
It may be considered naive to some, but this approach has worked for me for 20+ years, and I have zero plans to stop now. My philosophy is that growth doesn’t have to be cutthroat.
If you’re building from abundance too, you’re my kind of people and I'd love to connect.
