Supporting My Realtor Partners

In life and business, partnerships are important, helping to pave the way for mutual success and gain. Such is true for my relationship with Realtors, and I am always searching for new and creative ways to add value to their business. Because of this I created Lotus Quotes https://www.lotusquotes.com, a site where Realtors can find out about open permits and C.O.’s, what the taxes will be once grieved, and if the property is in a flood zone.

Creating this resource for Realtors was a labor of love (really!) and getting testimonials like this makes it all worthwhile:

I am a Realtor in Nassau County and I have employed this company for every single one of my listings and that has saved me an incredible amount of headache, within 24-48 hrs I know what's right or wrong with a listing. They go to the town and search the property. When there is a permit issue they have approached the seller and treat them with respect and knowledge. I like these guys a lot. They are excellent! Totally recommend them.

I know how intense being a Realtor can be what with juggling the needs of clients and supplying them with the information they must know to make their buying decision.

That’s why we also offer a flood zone determination report (I know, it’s a mouthful) for all their listings on ONE KEY that are in coastal communities.

I’m not writing this so I can get a pat on the back, but to make you aware of what we are currently doing to support our Realtor partners.

Being in a supportive relationship takes work and the work doesn’t stop after the first month, 6 months, or year. Being supportive is an ongoing activity that is done out of mutual respect, generosity, and admiration for what we can accomplish together.

I’m planning on doing much more in the months ahead, so all I can say is stay tuned, and let’s support each other as best we can.
