Without a doubt, networking has played a prominent role in the growth of my Allstate agency and I guess it is to be expected. One of the most important aspects of being a good networker is being generous and a “giver” and those same qualities are integral to how I approach life.
Never one to keep a “score card” and always looking to see how I can help, I found that the more I networked the more people I was able to help, and slowly but surely, my name and the services of my Agency became more visible too.
It soon became clear that great networking was not only professionally rewarding, but it was fun too, giving me the opportunity to meet and become friends with some fabulous people that I doubt I would ever meet if it weren’t for the networking communities to which I belong.
At the end of the day, isn’t it all about the people? I certainly like to believe so.
